This report was commissioned by the Canadian Public Arts Funders (CPAF) network to provide a broad overview of the theme equity within the arts ecology, specifically to understand the larger context that has shaped how equity approaches and initiatives within the arts have been developed and implemented in Canada and internationally, as well as the associated sustainable practices1, challenges, and opportunities.
